IGNOU modified its exam re-evaluation form and no where announced and old form circulating in internet. IGNOU re-evaluation form which is is circulating on internet is deadly to Karnataka,Andhra, Kochi regions as old ignou regional evaluation center for these areas moved from Channi to Kerala.
As usual IGNOU not updated about this to students and still internet showing Chennai as regional evolution center for IGNOU BCA and other courses.

Application form for Reevaluation of Answer Scripts(1)
Only address change other than no other changes. As you aware you need to pay 750/- per subject for re-evaluation. 100/- if you want duplicate copies of answer sheets.
